We pay cash for referrals. If we learn of a deal from you we will pay a referral fee at closing or immediately after.  We buy homes in any condition, in any price range.  

We are interested in deals from any source.  Ask yourself...

• Have a friend with a gorgeous home who has been transferred and needs to sell quickly?  
• Noticed a house that is vacant and not being marketed in your neighborhood?
• On a homeowner's association board and know of a house that is behind on dues or appears to be deteriorating?

Real Estate Agents Note - call us before listings expire or with 'difficult' houses - we can help!  A referral fee is better than no commission at all and we can offer options that the retail buying public probably can't.
